The studio was so beautiful and the walls were lined with interesting articles and the Kitchen plates provided a personal touch. What an amazing experience.
WHITNEY WOLANIN - "Fantastic live rooms and outstanding people make the Sound Kitchen a recipe for incredible music. I've loved every moment of recording here."
CASEY HERD - Hello July, Independent Artist - "Finding the right studio is almost always a dilemma for artists, but the Sound Kitchen made it very easy for me and I couldn't be happier. I researched hundreds of studios worldwide and found that this was one of the only places that was focused on helping me make the best record possible, rather than simply filling their pockets and kicking you out the door after your 8 hour block is over. I have found in my experience that although "where" you record is important, "who" you work with is equally as important. From top to bottom from ownership and management to the engineers and assistants to the interns, the professionalism and knowledge is unsurpassed by anyone else. The vibe is unexplainable, you're just going to get your best performance here, and the credentials and staff speak for themselves."
BILLY CHAPIN & STAN LYNCH - "Thank you for your incredible hospitality. Stan and I Love the Big Boy room, amazing sound." As a producer, Lynch has worked with a diverse array of talent, such as The Band, The Eagles, Don Henley, Jackopierce, Joe 90, Scotty Moore, and Sister Hazel. As a songwriter, he also has a penchant for collaborating with a variety of personalities. He’s co-written with or written for numerous acts, including Matraca Berg, Meredith Brooks, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, The Jeff Healey Band, James House, June Pointer, Eddie Money, Toto, Tora Tora, Sister Hazel and Ringo Starr, and the album What A Cryin’ Shame by the Mavericks. Tim McGraw recorded "Back When", a song Stan Lynch wrote with Stephony Smith and Jeff Stevens, for his album Live Like You Were Dying. The song went to No. 1 in early December 2004.
WILLIAM LEE GOLDEN, Oak Ridge Boys - Senior Member - "I have been a guest @ Nashville's premier recording facility "The Sound Kitchen" on three different occasions. The first two were to hear the Booth Brothers & my friend Lari Goss perform their "Song of the Year" - which my son Rusty wrote. The third time was on the last week of May 2010 during Rusty's rock n roll production marathon with artist "T3" which included members of such legendary bands as 'OZZY', 'WHITESNAKE', 'QUIET RIOT', DIO, 'BLUE OYSTER CULT', 'LYNYRD SKYNYRD', 'KID ROCK' 'CHICAGO', 'TESLA' and MANY MORE. I was even part of the photo documentary by Anthony Scarlati. I have had the pleasure of recording at some of the most prestigious and high tech recording facilities in the world, All one has to do is look at the client list to know that the 'Kitchen' is not only one of the finest complexes in Nashville... but the world. Owner Ira Blonder has lots to be proud of. I look forward to recording there someday soon....and who knows....maybe Rusty will be able to produce it for me."
JIM ROTRAMEL, "Skinny Jim & the Number 9 Blacktops" - "You know the old saying "art imitates life"? Well if that was the case, every song that comes out of The Sound Kitchen should sound like a sunny, Sunday afternoon on the front porch back home, relaxing with your family and best friends. That is life at The Sound Kitchen. The Sound Kitchen is more than a studio. It’s a place you want to be. It's hard working folks helping you create your vision. It’s the Blonder family making you feel right at home, treating you with the same good spirits and smiles that they would give a lifelong friend....which is what I became. From the first time I called the Sound Kitchen, I knew this was the studio I wanted to work with. The whole staff is down-to-Earth and relaxed, yet always prompt and professional. Booking studio time was no hassle, and the team helped point me in the right direction about which room would best suit my sound. Being a tattooed, hot rod rockabilly band, we're not exactly the norm for a studio in the Nashville area, but that was never a conflict with The Sound Kitchen. The studio's diverse rooms can accommodate any size, any genre, any dream. I had a 100% positive experience at the Sound Kitchen. Our album is amazing, and another trip to The Sound Kitchen is in the works. Flawless tones, precise mixes, and lasting memories....that's what it’s all about."
JOE HIBBS, KHS America/Mapex USA, Inc. - "The experience Mapex had at The Sound Kitchen was simply the best and it was the best on many different levels. Obviously, because of the actual facility and how it is state of the art, the quality of the work was top notch. But we all know there is more to an unbelievable experience than just the technical end, there is also the personal end. Ira and the staff were over the top as far as making everyone feel at home which made the experience even better and more special."
ANDREA THOMPSON - "Ira...thanks so much for everything you did for me at the Sound Kitchen. We had a wonderful time and met a lot of really great professionals. I couldn’t be happier with the way the songs came out. Thanks for everything!"

Ira and the staff were over the top as far as making everyone feel at home which made the experience even better and more special."

Ira and the staff were over the top as far as making everyone feel at home which made the experience even better and more special."

Ira and the staff were over the top as far as making everyone feel at home which made the experience even better and more special."
