CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING THROUGH THE POWER OF MUSIC

No other company in the Southeast provides local and multi-national companies’ VIP corporate team building exercises in an unparalleled recording studio environment like the Sound Kitchen.  Artists from all musical genres record at the Sound Kitchen; i.e.: Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, Sir Elton John, Bruce Springsteen, RUSH, Chicago, Michael W. Smith, Miley Cyrus, and Dolly Parton, to name just a few.  It is important to note, our corporate team building exercises don’t require the participant to have any musical experience in order to learn and enjoy their sessions.  In fact, our programs are specifically tailored to help the participant find the creative spirit within.  So, through the use of music, we gently press the teams to think outside of their comfort zones, forcing them to rely on each other to accomplish the desired company goal.   Furthermore, our sessions force each team to bond together, helping team members further develop their relationships, which lasts long after their time at Sound Kitchen Studios.

THE GOOD STUFF

We start the day by assembling your teams into groups of 10-12; which are separated by division or specialty.  Next, we assign the group an award winning songwriter, one who has the heart of a teacher, and through the power of music, we empower the groups to recognize and embrace they can do anything they set out to accomplish.  Following your team building sessions, we adjourn to the Big Boy studio for a sumptuous dinner paired with some live in-studio entertainment, performed by award winning songwriters. Then, following dinner, each of the teams performs their original song on stage, along with their songwriter/mentor, in front of their peers.  To add to the excitement and at the end of the evening, the Sound Kitchen judges the groups for “Best in Song.”  Watching each group perform their song and be judged is absolutely priceless!   The winning team gets bragging rights and Sound Kitchen T-Shirts.
